Our water evaporation set discharges water through spiral jet spray nozzles, suitable for dirty mine water applications.

The water from the pond is fed at high pressure to the evaporation fan spray bar, which is then fractured by the nozzles to produce millions of droplets that are expelled into the air by a high volume/high velocity air stream.

This process will enhance hang time of the water droplets and exposure to external ambient elements, thereby increasing the evaporation rate.

The non-evaporated water returns to the feed dam to go through the process again.

The approximate evaporation efficiency rate is 50%.
